03 How it works

From seat to second day

  1. 01 Pick a course

    Read the outline and the level once the lineup is out.

  2. 02 Buy a training pass

    A separate ticket. Conference passes do not include it.

  3. 03 Set up ahead

    Each trainer sends what to install before day one.

  4. 04 Two days, hands on

    Four hours each day. Bring a laptop and the charger.

04 Training or workshop?

Not the same thing

Both are hands on. Only the workshops come with a conference pass.

Training

  • 1–2 April 2027, before the conference
  • 8 hours over two days, one subject in depth
  • 20 seats at most per training
  • Its own paid ticket. Not in any conference pass.

Workshop

  • Saturday 3 April, day one of the conference
  • 150 min on one topic
  • Room-sized, seats published with the programme
  • Included in every full pass. Workshops

Is a training included in my conference pass?

No. Trainings have their own paid ticket. Student, Individual and Corporate passes cover the conference on 3–4 April only.

When are the trainings?

Thursday 1 and Friday 2 April 2027, four hours each day. The conference follows on 3–4 April.

How much does a training cost?

Prices are coming soon. A training pass has three phases on the same dates as the conference passes: Early Bird 1–30 November 2026, Regular 1 December 2026 to 20 February 2027, and Last Call 21 February to 25 March 2027. The price rises at each step.

When can I register?

Registration is coming soon, once trainers and courses are confirmed. It opens separately from conference tickets, on this page, and we post it on our social accounts.

How many people are in a training?

20 at most, so the trainer can help every desk.

What is the difference between a training and a workshop?

A training runs for 8 hours over 1–2 April and needs its own ticket. A workshop runs for 150 minutes on 3 April and comes with every full pass.
