02 What is included

Every full ticket covers the whole event.

The core programme is open to every full pass. The tier-specific swag and extras are listed above. A pass admits one person to both days; smaller rooms have capacity limits, and workshop booking details will follow the programme.

Day one · Sat 3 April
Workshops and the on-site CTF final. Workshop seats are limited by room size.
Day two · Sun 4 April
The main conference talks and the villages floor.
Every talk
One track for all full passes. Corporate passes include priority seating at talks, subject to room capacity; no pass guarantees a seat in every session.
Every village
The whole villages floor on day two, all of it open to any full ticket.
The CTF
The online qualifier is free and open to everyone. A pass covers the on-site final if you qualify; non-qualifiers may watch, subject to room capacity.
Both days on one pass
The split is about what is on when, not about what you have paid for.

The competitor pass, ₹799.

Not a fourth tier, and not a cheaper way into the conference. It exists for one group only: players who came through the CTF's free online qualifier and want to play the final without buying the whole weekend.

We are not taking payment yet. Opening, closing and all three price-stage dates will appear here before sales begin.

05 Good to know

The small print, said plainly.

Student ID
A valid college or university ID is required at entry. Without one, the Student pass cannot be used. There is no refund for missing or invalid ID, except where required by law.
Corporate invoices
The corporate tier is for employer-paid seats; an invoice is available through KonfHub at checkout.
Corporate after-party
The invite is included at every Corporate price stage. Venue and entry conditions, including any age restriction, will be published before sales open.
One ticket, both days
There is no single-day ticket for the conference. A full pass covers day one and day two.
Workshop places
A full pass includes workshops, but rooms have limited seats. Capacity and any reservation method will be published with the programme.
Refunds and transfers
The policy is still being finalised. We will publish it here and in the Terms before any tickets are sold.

Can I buy a ticket now?

Not yet. The prices are published, but sales and price-stage dates are to be announced. We will publish the confirmed dates and remaining ticket policies before taking payment.

What are the starting ticket prices?

Early Bird prices are ₹999 for Student, ₹2,399 for Individual and ₹5,299 for Corporate. Regular and Final prices are listed in the pass comparison above. These are published prices, not an open checkout.

Does a full pass cover both conference days?

Yes. Student, Individual and Corporate passes cover 3–4 April 2027, including talks, workshops, villages and panels, lunch and refreshments, and the pass-specific swag and certificate listed above. Workshops and smaller rooms have capacity limits. Playing the on-site CTF final requires qualification through the free online round.

Do I need a student ID?

Is the ₹799 competitor pass a full conference ticket?

No. It is for qualified CTF players and covers day one, the CTF final only. Its price does not rise in stages. You can upgrade to a full Student, Individual or Corporate pass by paying the difference. See how qualification works.
