02 What is included

Every full ticket covers the whole event.

The core programme is open to every full pass. The tier-specific swag and extras are listed above. A pass admits one person to both days; smaller rooms have capacity limits, and workshop booking details will follow the programme.

Day one · Sat 3 April
Workshops and the on-site CTF final. Workshop seats are limited by room size.
Day two · Sun 4 April
The main conference talks and the villages floor.
Every talk
One track for all full passes. Corporate passes include priority seating at talks, subject to room capacity; no pass guarantees a seat in every session.
Every village
The whole villages floor on day two, all of it open to any full ticket.
The CTF
The online qualifier is free and open to everyone. A pass covers the on-site final if you qualify; non-qualifiers may watch, subject to room capacity.
Both days on one pass
The split is about what is on when, not about what you have paid for.

The competitor pass, ₹799.

Not a fourth tier, and not a cheaper way into the conference. It exists for one group only: players who came through the CTF's free online qualifier and want to play the final without buying the whole weekend.

04 The calendar

The sale schedule, before checkout.

Your ticket price is set by the tier and the price stage in effect on the day you buy. The confirmed windows below apply to Student, Individual and Corporate passes. All dates are in IST.

25 March 2027 11:59 PM IST. No pass sold on the door itself; existing Competitor Pass holders can still upgrade.

05 Good to know

The small print, said plainly.

Student ID
A valid college or university ID is required at entry. Without one, the Student pass cannot be used. There is no refund for missing or invalid ID, except where required by law.
Ticket seller and invoices
The ticket seller is Aman Kumar, acting as an individual. BSides Dehradun is the event name, not a registered organisation. Invoices are provided through KonfHub; the seller details on a test invoice still need verification before sales open. The Corporate tier is for employer-paid seats.
Corporate after-party
The invite is included at every Corporate price stage, for the pass holder only, with no accompanying guests. Speakers and organisers can attend without buying a Corporate Pass; sponsor representatives attend through their allotted invitations and a valid conference pass. Alcohol service is restricted to attendees aged 21 or older. Venue admission rules and the entry-check method remain pending; alcohol eligibility does not establish the minimum age for venue entry. One ticket, both days
There is no single-day ticket for the conference. A full pass covers day one and day two.
Workshop places
A full pass includes workshops, but rooms have limited seats. Capacity and any reservation method will be published with the programme.
Refunds
No refunds for voluntary cancellations, no-shows, missed days or voluntarily unused benefits. Organiser cancellation refunds the ticket price paid, excluding booking and payment-processing fees. For postponement, retain your ticket or request the same refund within 14 days of the new-date announcement. Eligible refunds are initiated within 7 working days. Read the full refund policy and legal-review status; these rules do not limit rights required by applicable law.
Transfers
One free same-category transfer of a Student, Individual or Corporate pass, with organising-team approval. The original buyer must email [email protected] from the booking email. The request, approval and completed transfer must all be in place by . Student recipients need a valid college or university ID. Competitor Passes cannot be transferred. Read the transfer conditions.

When are ticket sales scheduled?

Early Bird sales are scheduled from 1 November 2026 at 12:00 AM IST. General sales close on 25 March 2027 at 11:59 PM IST. The price-stage dates are in the calendar above. Sales depend on completion of the published launch conditions, and KonfHub confirms availability.

What are the starting ticket prices?

Early Bird prices are ₹999 for Student, ₹2,399 for Individual and ₹5,299 for Corporate. Regular and Last Call prices are listed in the pass comparison above.

Does a full pass cover both conference days?

Yes. Student, Individual and Corporate passes cover 3–4 April 2027, including talks, workshops, villages and panels, lunch and refreshments, and the pass-specific swag and certificate listed above. Workshops and smaller rooms have capacity limits. Playing the on-site CTF final requires qualification through the free online round.

Do I need a student ID?

A valid college or university ID is required at entry for a Student pass. Without one, the Student pass cannot be used. There is no refund for missing or invalid ID, except where required by law.

Is the ₹799 competitor pass a full conference ticket?

No. It is for verified, qualified CTF players and covers day one, the CTF final only. Sales run from 1 March 2027 at 12:00 AM IST to 25 March 2027 at 11:59 PM IST. Its price does not rise in stages and it is non-transferable. A qualified player with a full-conference pass does not need an extra Competitor Pass. You can upgrade by paying the difference to the current full-pass price. See how qualification works.
